RAF on the Long Mynd

Laura, Mark ,Adam, Neil, Budgie and Don from Trenchard Squadren based at RAF Cosford in Shropshire, joined Nick and myself for a 'strenous' walk across the Long Mynd.
Starting and finishing in Carding Mill Valley we showed them the Garden project to which they very kindly donated some money for next years seeds.
