Fire Safety
Monday of last week, members of staff from Carding Mill Valley and Wenlock Edge, took part in a Fire Awareness and safety training day. An instructor came in and staff spent the morning learning about the theoretical side of fire safety and the afternoon putting that theory into practise. They used different types of fire extinguishers including foam and water.

Fire is dangerous and scary, most kids know that. However, the topic of fire safety is something that they should never be afraid of. In fact, kids should be made to realise the importance of this subject matter in the prevention of fires, risks, injuries, and fatalities.
