Iwan Thomas, Olympian and 400m record holder, joined five sport enthusiasts from Spogo, on a visit to Carding Mill Valley and Attingham Park. Spogo is an online sports directory, funded a Sports England Grant and designed to make it easier to find sporting oppurtunities near you, The team were here to try mountain biking and running, accompanied by keen runner Chris Dunkerley, Assistant Ranger at Wenlock Edge. While at Attingham they had a go at orienteering. As you can see in the video below, they were blown away by the stunning views here. It really is the 'ultimate gym with a view'!
