In May of last year we had Neil from the company Line-top come to the valley to install five traffic counters at various points. These are buried in the ground and are to help us get a more accurate reading of how many visitors we get to the Long Mynd. This data could help us find trends and to alter our management of areas at certain times of the year. The first lot of data has been downloaded and turned into a graph as you can see below. As more data is collected trends will be easier to identify.
